November 2025
Out of a project in the packaging industry, development begins on our production planning solution Riventic Flow, the first product on Riventic Core.
June 2026
Riventic enters the »Gewerbe-Pilot Sachsen-Anhalt« at the CIO Innovation Award and reaches second place in the final.
July 2026
Based on the concept for the »Gewerbe-Pilot Sachsen-Anhalt«, development begins on our industrial chatbot platform Riventic Nexus.
Team
Riventic GmbH is led by three founders with more than 15 years of combined experience in AI, simulation and industrial planning.
Since 2024 Junior Professor for AI Application in Production and Logistics at OVGU Magdeburg, previously a Senior Researcher at Fraunhofer IFF. More than ten years of research in machine learning, reinforcement learning and simulation, with a doctorate (summa cum laude) on AI-based production scheduling. Honored with the BVL Science Award for Logistics 2024.
Expert in AI and simulation for production and logistics. M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Logistics (with distinction) and a doctoral researcher at OVGU Magdeburg on reinforcement learning for inventory and machine scheduling. At Riventic he is responsible for operations and finance as well as custom AI and simulation projects.
Full-stack and AI developer with a B.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Groningen and a focus on software architecture and AI development. He leads the technical realization of the Riventic products with simulation, optimization, generative AI and metaheuristics. A serial founder, previously CTO of a US health startup.
